SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Sophomore Sofia Lewis scored her 10th goal of the season and Minot State battled to a draw with Sioux Falls in a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference match on Friday at the USF Sports Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Sophomore Sofia Lewis scored at the 21:55 mark of the first period off an assist from Haley Berryman putting the Beavers in front 1-0
• Sioux Falls recorded 12 shots in the second period and tied the match at 1-1 when Lindsey Power scored an unassisted goal at the 56:43 mark of the second
• Sioux Falls outshot the Beavers 4-2 in the overtime periods, but neither team could get a golden goal

BEAVER TRACKS

• Sofia Lewis scored her fourth goal in the last two matches
• Haley Berryman assisted on the goal by Sofia Lewis
• Sofia Lewis and Haley Berryman each recorded five shots for the Beavers
• Ashley Hunter, Ashley Franco, Andrea Franco, Jannely Rangel, Sydnee Canales and Jordyn Cook each had a shot for Minot State
• Erin Rafferty made three saves in goal for the Beavers​​​​​​​
