MSU came right back and won the next two matches with a major decision by
Logen Fischer (17-4) to even the dual up 4-4. Then a 7-6 win by decision for
Lincoln Stormer (141 lb) pushed the Beavers in front 7-4.
Minnesota State Moorehead immediately tied up the dual with a hard-fought close decision between Angel Rios and

Steven Abbott defeated
Dustin Swisher at 197 lbs. by a 3-1 decision giving MSUM an 18-15 lead going into the final match of the night.
Nationally ranked No. 10 (HWH)
Jordan Will controlled the heavyweight bout from the beginning, moving on to a 4-0 win by decision to tie the match 18-18.
The dual went to a tie-breaker and due to Minnesota State Moorhead winning more total match-points, the Dragons would be declared the winner 19-18 on Thursday night in Moorhead, Minn.
