MINOT, ND --The Minot State volleyball team lost to the Winona State Warriors 3-0 (15-25, 14-25, 16-25) Saturday at home at MSU Dome.
The loss dropped Minot State's record to 0-10 overall and 0-5 in NSIC play.
Roxy King finished with four kills on the day to lead the Beavers offense while finishing with a hitting percentage of .25. MISU got five digs from Alexandra Koontz to lead them defensively.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Beavers found themselves in an early deficit, dropping a tough first set 25-15. Minot State trailed by as many as 10 points as Winona State grabbed the advantage for good at 5-4 in a set that was tied up just once before the Warriors took control.
SET 2 | Minot State then lost set two 25-14 to fall behind in the match two sets to none. The Beavers dropped the first point and fought from behind the rest of the way before dropping the set.
SET 3 | Minot State couldn't prolong the match and lost in set number three. The Beavers lost a tough set 25-16. Minot State trailed by as many as nine points as Winona State grabbed the advantage for good at 11-10 in a set that was tied up five times before the Warriors took over the lead.
