BEMIDJI, Minn. -- Melvin Newbern registered a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds, but the Minot State men's basketball team fell to the Bemidji State Beavers 82-54 on the road Friday.
In addition to Newbern's double-double, the Minot State (12-7, 6-7) was led by Ben Bohl, who recorded 14 points, and by Cam'ron Dunfee, who chipped in with five points and six rebounds.
