Cayden White each picked up three wins on the day for the Minot State men's wrestling team which split four duals on Saturday at the Tracy Borah Duals hosted by Western Colorado.
The Beavers (5-3 duals) notched wins over San Francisco State, 37-12, and beat New Mexico Highlands 21-15, while Minot State fell 30-14 to Colorado State-Pueblo and lost 35-9 to host Western Colorado.
Nellis, competing at 125 pounds, won a 7-5 decision over Devin Gomez of Western Colorado, won a 10-5 decision over Zach Wright of San Francisco State, and won a 4-3 decision over Rhys Sellers of New Mexico Highlands.
Davis, wrestling at 133 pounds, won an 8-2 decision over Marquis Kemp of Colorado State-Pueblo, won a 6-1 decision over Tony Margiotta of San Francisco State, and won a 10-5 decision over Andres Jiron of New Mexico Highlands.
Baca, competing at 157 pounds, won a 3-2 decision over Cyruss Meeks of Colorado State-Pueblo, won by pin over Kyle Botelho of San Francisco State, and won a 6-1 decision over Evan Killgore of New Mexico Highlands.
Barnes, who wrestled at 165 pounds, won an 11-4 decision over Elijah Valdez of Colorado State-Pueblo, and won by pin over Boltyn Taam of San Francisco State and over Colin Brown of New Mexico Highlands.
And White, wrestling at 184 pounds, won by pin in 15 seconds over Pratt Williams of Western Colorado won by pin over Gavin Funk of San Francisco State, and won an 8-3 decision over Lance Killgore of New Mexico Highlands.
Adding a pair of wins each on the day for the Beavers were
Dustin Swisher at 197 pounds, and heavyweight
Jake Swirple.
Swisher won an 18-3 tech fall over Dominic Robles of Colorado State-Pueblo and an 8-0 major decision over Laith Gilmore of San Francisco State.
Swirple, who entered the tournament undefeated in his two-year collegiate career, picked up a win by pin over Callum Bisping of San Francisco State and a 3-2 decision victory over Kioni Benally of New Mexico Highlands before suffering his first setback, an injury default to Jayson Davis of Colorado State-Pueblo.
Ethan Wonser added one more win on the day for Minot State at 141 pounds, a 6-3 decision win over Stefano McKinney of San Francisco State.
The two tournaments hosted by Western Colorado over the weekend close out the non-conference portion of the season for the Beavers who next are in action in an NSIC dual at Augustana on Thursday.
