MINOT, N.D. - The Minot State Beavers women's hockey team is headed to Missouri for three straight games on Thursday, November 7, Friday, November 8, and Saturday, November 9, with the WMCH all star game being held on Sunday, November 10. On Thursday, November 7, the Beavers take on Lindenwood University at 1:30 pm at Lindenwood Ice Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. On Friday, November 8, the Beavers take on the University of Minnesota at 9:30 pm at Lindenwood Ice Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. On Saturday, November 9, the Beavers take on McKendree University at 5:00 pm at McKendree Metro Rec Plex in O'Fallon, Illinois. The weekend will be capped off with the WMCH All Star Game on Sunday, November 10, at 12:00 pm at Maryville Hockey Center in Chesterfield, Missouri. Minot State is coming off of a two-game series against #12 Lindenwood University in which they split the series 1-1. On Friday, November 1, Lindenwood got the upper-hand in game against the Beavers by a score of 5-3. On Saturday, November 2, the Beavers answered back by defeating Lindenwood with a final score of 3-1. Following the series split against Lindenwood, the Beavers are now 7-3-0 on the season.
The Beavers are looking to pick up right where they left off to open up the WMCH Showcase when they open up against Lindenwood in the third straight game played between the two teams. Historically, Minot State is 5-2 against Lindenwood, and the Beavers will be looking for their second win against Lindenwood this season. Historically, against the University of Minnesota, the Beavers are 11-0 with their last win against Minnesota dating back to November 6, 2022, with a final score of 8-0. Historically, against McKendree, the Beavers are 10-1 with their last win against McKendree dating back to March 15, 2024, with a final score of 2-1.
