Jess completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Dakota in Exercise Science and earned Master's degree at North Dakota State University in Athletic Training.
She enjoys doing mud runs and pushing herself to new limits. She also has a dog named Titan whose bark is bigger than his bite.
