ABERDEEN, S.D. -- Minot State ran into a buzzsaw on the mound Sunday as freshman Seth Brewer threw a no-hitter for Northern State, leading the Wolves over the Beavers 10-0.
The Beavers take two-of-three against Northern State despite the loss today and sit with an overall record of 14-10 and a conference record of 12-7 which puts them in fourth place in the NSIC.

Garrett Nicholson (0-1) took the loss on the mound for Minot State after allowing two earned runs over 2.1 innings with two strikeouts.

Jake Collins was the only Beaver to reach base with a walk in the first inning.

Minot State didn't manage to advance a runner past first base in the ballgame.
Northern State's Seth Brewer tossed 7.0 no-hit and no-run innings with one walk and nine strikeouts to record a no-hitter for the Wolves.
