MINOT, N.D. - The Beavers return to North Dakota after enjoying a sweep of the Redbirds of Illinois State, Bronchos of Central Oklahoma, and the Sooners of University of Oklahoma at the Oklahoma Showcase last weekend.

Minot State, ranked No. 1 again this week in the ACHA Division I poll, enter a weekend against familiar foes in the University of Jamestown, ranked No. 8 this week in the D-I poll, and the University of Mary and Dakota College of Bottineau, both ACHA Division II opponents.

The Beavers (21-1-0 overall) looked to continue their winning ways against the Jimmies (14-5-0) as they have beaten Jamestown in all four of the teams' meetings already this season.

Minot State plays at Jamestown at 7 p.m. on Friday night.

The Beavers then return home for a grudge match as the last time they faced the Marauders of Mary, Minot State suffered its lone loss, 3-2 as the teams split a home-and-home series on Dec. 2-3.

Minot State hosts Mary on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. The game is also Military Appreciation night.

Both the Jimmies and the Marauders squared off in an exhibition head-to-head on Wednesday with Mary winning 5-1. Both are expected to bring a challenge for the top-ranked Beavers.

The Beavers then play against the Jacks of the Dakota College of Bottineau for the first time this season on Sunday at 4 p.m. The Jacks are 7-15 on the season but have won their last three contests.
