MINOT, N.D. – Four Minot State football players were honored for their overall efforts throughout their collegiate career, both in the classroom and on the gridiron, as they were named to the 2025 NFF Hampshire Honor Society.

Emmett Espino, and
DJ Schneibel, along with wide receiver
Erik Palmquist, each were named to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society today.
To be honored, a player must maintain a 3.2 cumulative GPA throughout their collegiate career, be a senior who will graduate this spring and has completed his final year of eligibility in 2024, or a graduated player who has been out of high school at least three years, and who was a starter or major contributor for his team during the 2024 season.
Bray played in six games during his Beaver career on the offensive line for Minot State.
Espino, who played in 33 games on defense during his first three seasons, played in 11 games this fall on the offensive line for Minot State. Defensively, he had 64 tackles and 4.5 sacks during his three seasons on the defensive side of the ball.
Schneibel also started his career on defense, playing two seasons and racking up 54 tackles and 2.5 sacks before moving to the offensive line the past two seasons where he played 21 games, including all 11 this past season.
Palmquist has played in 41 games during his career, scoring 5 rushing touchdowns and running for 499 career yards, while also catching 59 passes for 734 yards and 4 more touchdowns.
