Named to fall 2023 NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence …Named to fall 2023 VP of Academic Affairs Honor Roll …Named to spring 2024 President’s List …Finished 188th at the Central Region Championship in 36:42.1 on 10K course and finished 71st at the NSIC Championship in a personal-best 8K time of 26:49.5. Also ran a 4-mile PR of 21:13.3 at the Augustana Twilight on Sept. 1, 2023.

Named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. ...Named to Spring 2023 VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll. ...Ran a 10K personal-best at NCAA Division II Central Region Championship, finishing 178th in 33:57.7.  ...Finished 69th at NSIC Championship in 27:40.7 on 8K course. ...Ran an 8K PR of 27:08.8, finishing 21st at the Mystic-Marauder Invite. ...Ran a 6K PR of 19:53.8, finishing 39th at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight Invitational. ...Ran a 4 mile PR of 21:40.1, finishing 142th at the Augustana Twilight.
