2010 Season: Recieved First Team All-Conference honors for the Beavers and received his third straight Gold Glove award in the DAC... Hit .447 in 35 games, with 4 doubles and a home run... Led Minot State in 2010 with 27 RBI and an OBP of .496.

2010 Season: Recieved Second Team All-Confrence honors as a sophmore for the Beavers... Recieved a second straight Gold Glove award in the Dakota Athletic Conference at shortstop... Hit .316 in 32 games, swipping 17 bases along the way.

2009 Season:  Ryne started every game at shortstop and batted .271 during his freshman season for the Beavers... 3rd on the team in stolen basses with 13...  Gold Glove winner for the Dakota Athletic Conference at shortstop.

High School:  Standout athlete at Minot High School... All-Conference performer senior year in baseball and two time All-Conference guard in basketball... Member of the 2006 and 2007 Class A State Legion Championship teams in baseball... Selected to three East/West All-Star Games for Legion.

Personal: Son of Janet and Brian Hornecker... Dad played baseball for Minot State, holding the single season home run record until 2010... Sister Alexa Hornecker is a member of the MSU women's cross country team.
